To ensure the bracelet will fit your wrist or your recipients wrist, measure before purchasing. You can measure one of two ways:
1. Measure your wrist by wrapping a flexible tape measure just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear the bracelet, and note where the end of the measuring tape meets the measuring tape.
2. If you do not have a flexible tape measure use a plain strip of paper, wrap it around your wrist and mark where the end of the strip of paper meets the rest of the paper with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length.
